More and more track distributions use jaD files in stead of jaMs. JADs are highly
compressable version of JAMs, so the zips can be really small. However, the JADs need to
be converted before GP2 can use them. I would like to recommend using this little program JAD/JAM Converter for this purpose.
It works really simple, just run the program once in the directory with the JADs and they
all become JAMs.
I would like to ask all trackmakers to use this program as well. It saves both me, and
everyone who downloads the files a lot of time. Typical zips are only 1/4th of the size of
the old (jaM) version.

When the Osterreichring became the A1-Ring, the circuit became an emasculated
reflection of its former self. This circuit takes the 1998 A1-Ring of Marc Aarts' that was
updated by Dave Manning, and changes it to a scaled down version of the old Osterreichring
layout as was last used in 1987, but retains the 1998 graphics. Also included is an update
of the A1-Ring circuit with a better layout, new cc-line and other improvements.
